Elections

The Elections Committee shall nominate a slate of officers and shall have the consent of each nominee before presenting the names at the Association's annual meeting. Notice of the proposed slate shall be printed in the last issue of the Media Center Messenger before the annual conference.

The immediate past president will serve as chair of the Elections Committee. The duties of the Elections Committee shall be to make recommendations for nominees to serve as officers of the Association and to identify future leaders of the Association. The Regional Network Director will serve on the committee with at least three other members who have Executive Board experience. Members of the Elections Committee will serve a one-year term.
